AOHC Workshop: CHC Model of Care
Due to increased demand, the AOHC will be holding CHC Model of Care workshops at the following locations below.
This full-day workshop will enable staff of Community Health Centres to
- Learn about the history of the CHC Model of Care and how CHCs fit within the context of the Second Stage of Medicare
- Develop a deeper, common understanding of the eight attributes of the Model of Care;
- Explore examples of how the Model is implemented in CHCs across the province, and discover new and exciting ways of implementing the Model in your programs and services; and
- Network with peers and colleagues from across the province to share knowledge and experiences.
